However, there is a cap on damage to belongings. Faye.in is a good fit for those looking for robust add-on options, decent evacuation coverage, and benefits for travel inconveniences beyond delays. It offers "cancel for any reason" upgrade, provides emergency non-medical evacuation benefits of up to $100,000, and offers sports equipment, vacation rental damage, pet care and kenneling, adventure sports, rental car, and trip inconvenience and missed connections. It also has very good travel delay benefits of $4,500 per person after six hours. However, some competitors have limits that are twice as high, and the "interruption for any reason" upgrade is not available.

Faye.in has a Return & Exchange Policy. If a customer does not like the product received, it can be replaced or exchanged. In the event that any product ordered is damaged or different from what was ordered, a replacement will be sent or a store credit issued. To request a return & exchange, customers need to contact Faye customer care at (080) 41224429 or e-mail at support@faye.in mentioning the order reference number. The merchandise must be returned unused, and in the same condition as it was received, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. The merchandise should be sent to Faye, 373/A, 5th Main Road, 3rd Block, 3rd Stage, Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore- 560079. The exchange is processed upon receipt of the merchandise at the location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags. If the merchandise is not treated as per the care instructions, then Faye will not be liable for exchange of the same. Faye reserves the right to reject any return & exchange request if the product looks used. Any exchange must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. No Refund policy is in place.

As for the Shipping Policy, the aim is to ship each item in the order within 1-2 working days of receipt of the order and payment. In some cases, it may take longer. In unlikely cases where shipping is not possible within 7 days, an email will be sent informing the same and the payment against the unshipped part of the order will be refunded. Deliveries to Bangalore & Metros are typically completed within 1-2 days post shipment and to other major cities deliveries are completed within 2-7 days, excluding the date of shipping. For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may exceed 7 days. Shipping charges are a fixed rate of Rs 100/- Pan India. For Orders above Rs 599/-, shipping is free.
